All yarn, roving, looms and wheels that I have in stock will ship in 2 days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time. Spinning wheels are ordered, custom made and shipped directly from SpinOlution. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of your wheel.
The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. Also, monitor colors vary so the color you receive may appear slightly different than what you saw on screen.
CARE FOR YOU NEW PRODUCTS BY:
* Gently hand wash in cold water any items you create with animal fibers.
* Wash dyed products separately – we make every effort to remove excess dye but it is likely some will remain.
* SpinOlution wheels do not require oiling of moving parts or any extra care to the wood other than light dusting.

All items within the US will be shipped using USPS first class mail unless another shipping method is requested.
Spinning wheels & wheel packages are shipped for free from the manufacturer via FedEx within the lower 48 states. Wheel accessories shipped separately from a wheel purchase are shipped flat rate at $15 within the lower 48 states. If you are an Alaskan, Hawaiian or international customer and would like to buy a wheel, please contact me for current rates.
We happily support and love our international customers. We ship all International products through USPS. Twisted River Fibers is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 2 to 6 weeks to be handmade.
Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return for a refund within thirty days. Returned item must be received in original (and re-sell able) condition.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is received in resell-able condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
